Does this maintenance plan include server administration (like PHP or cPanel)?
This plan primarily focuses on your WordPress application (plugins, themes, security). While we do not manage your server regularly, we will perform quick-win PHP/compression checks for a performance boost. If your non-CJWEB hosting is sub-standard, we’ll recommend migrating to our Managed Hosting for a dedicated server solution.
Does the plan cover major Parent Theme updates or custom code changes?
No. Major Parent Theme updates, complex customisation, or large code changes are highly time-intensive and require dedicated development hours. These are quoted separately to ensure they are handled properly and do not interrupt your scheduled maintenance work.
